We believe that education and an international mindset are two key pillars for success in any business.

One of the ways we foster these principles at Codedesign is through our international internship program. Open to applicants all year round, we welcome college students, recent grads, and budding marketers from all over the world to come work alongside our team of experts.

We give them hands on experience so they can learn their way around digital marketing, business analytics, development, or design. Meanwhile, they help us bridge linguistic gaps, develop market research, navigate cultural differences in consumer behavior, and learn more about working in a cross-cultural context.

Many of our interns went on to secure coveted digital marketing positions in their home countries, while some are still part of the Codedesign family to this day.
